  • Sonja provides strategic oversight and guidance to QHS' operating units with the goal of supporting, improving, and growing QHS business and client initiatives.

  • Sonja also oversees QHS clinical initiatives related to health coaching, outcomes reporting, and program development.

  • Prior to joining QHS, Sonja was the Manager of Disease Management Programs at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.  She has 17 years of experience in designing and implementing population health management programs with employer groups, health plans, and vendor organizations.
